Cut-Off opens on a drive around typical Los Angeles street
traffic. Cars everywhere they shouldn't be and everyone cutting
everyone off... true chaos! On this wonderful day the wrong
person gets cut off in the streets... then gets cut off from
reality as he knows it.
On Wilshire Blvd., one of Los Angeles' busiest streets, Sebastian
is driving along in an uproar. He cuts off a Cadillac in his
500 SL Mercedes while on his cell phone and looking around
his car for a document as rock music plays loud over his stereo.
He then pulls a typical Los Angeles driver move and gets mad
at the Cadillac and it's driver, honking, screaming out his
window, chasing up too him and flipping him off, he goes about
his day in the typical Los Angeles way. Until Sebastian notices
the Cadillac start to follow him around as he turns from street
to street. Sebastian notices he is being followed by the same
Cadillac and a car chase ensues. Street too street, through
alley ways and over parking lots. After a moment Sebastian
looses the Cadillac down an alley way. After a quick moment
he thinks he has got away from the stranger in the Cadillac
and pulls out of the Alley way too the left. Suddenly he is
cut off and rammed up onto the curb. We start frame as we see
a pair of expensive boots step out of the Cadillac while Sinatra
plays in the background. We pan up to reveal Giancarlo, aka
Johnny, decked in a Mafioso look. He casually steps over to
Sebastian's car and knocks on the window. Sebastian rolls down
his window expecting a conversation. A beat happens before
Johnny pulls Sebastian out of the car; rock music playing in
the background. Johnny proceeds to drag Sebastian back to his
car, leaving Sebastian's car up on the curb. Sebastian is putting
up a fight until Johnny pulls out a big gun and knocks Sebastian
unconscious fading the screen to black. The next instance the
scene fades in and we are inside Johnny's car driving along
as Sebastian wakes in the passenger seat.
We now come to find that Johnny is a mobster in-town to handle
some business. Johnny explains that if Sebastian thinks he
is bad-ass in his Mercedes too the point he just honks and
flips off anyone then he should have no problem staying the
big man and helping him with some "errands". He needs
an unknown soldier, a man that can be seen before Johnny is
heard, to help him executing the diabolical plan he has set
in motion before the two met. It turns out Johnny is a God-Father
and he found out his crew was going to rub him out, then join
under another bosses gang. After hearing this Johnny went on
a killing spree rubbing out every member of his own gang. Now
he is going for revenge by wiping out the other gangs leader,
known for now as "the Boss", and take over the crew
that was too join with his in his demise. He has now kidnapped
Sebastian because he needs a right hand man he doesn't care
about too carry out his gruesome plans. First stop, Will uses
Sebastian too set up "the Boss" with the cops. At
this point the police have found the running car on the side
of the road and received reports of a man taken at gun point.
They start to investigate and follow the path of our two suspects.
We then show as Johnny tarnishes the rep of "the Boss" within
his own crew. Third, he takes out his home life by blowing
up the "boss's" house, car and property. This
brings the police even closer as they get hot on the trail
of our two suspects. Next Johnny steals all of "the Bosses" money,
but it is rerouted as shown later to an off shore account.
Then Johnny kills off "the Bosses" family.
The police are getting closer. Johnny finishes by killing off
the second and third men under "the boss". Thus
resulting in every aspect of "the Bosses" life ruined
and gone. The police are right on their tale as the only thing
left for Johnny too do is take out "the Boss".
We end this amazing film in a crazy shoot out battle... and a
major twist as Johnny goes to kill off the "boss".
Not only has Sebastian helped Johnny with everything he needed,
but it turns out Sebastian is "the Boss" that
Johnny was trying to rub out! Sebastian did all this to
disappear! He needed a way to get out of "the mobster life" which
has no way out but death. So he started the rumor of a take over
knowing Johnny would wipe out his own crew and then come for
the Renato Family and Sebastian. This results in Johnny taking
out every aspect of his life which was holding him back from
disappearing. All that's left was a body for the cops to ID as "the
Boss". Sebastian kills Johnny and when the cops finally
catch up they suspect Johnny's body is "the Bosses" which
gives Sebastian the chance to slip away Kaiser Sosa Style and
completely leave his past behind.
